Willkommen im online Bildband der Alpen!
In diesem dynamischen Gemeinschaftsprojekt (Web 2.0) Naturbegeisterter, Kulturinteressierter und Alpinisten entsteht ein online Bildband der Alpen.
Jeder kann seinen Beitrag zu einer umfangreichen Dokumentation der Alpen leisten. So entsteht eine Sammlung von Bildern und Texten, ergänzt durch Tourenvorschläge, Erfahrungen, Geheimtipps... die den Reichtum an Schönheit und Vielfalt der Alpen widerspiegeln!
Darüber hinaus findest du hier Informationen über die Gebirgsgruppeneinteilung der Alpen sowie eine Karte der Alpen, auf der die einzelnen Bilder vermarkt sind. Die grafische Suche via Google Maps wird durch
eine Stichwortsuche unterstützt. Die Datenbank enthält über 2000 Bilder aus dem gesamten Alpenraum und wächst täglich an. Die Seite steht in vier Sprachen zur Verfügung und verbindet so User aus allen Alpenstaaten.
Neben den Bildern findest du auch interessante Berichte über die Gebirgsgruppen der Alpen, die von den Usern ausgearbeitet wurden. Viel Spaß bei der Tour durch die Alpen!

Welcome to the online picture collection of the Alps! Here you can find information about the Alps. This site is build up collaboratively by its users. Anyone can contribute or edit its content. Just register first for free and
than start uploading your fotos! You'll find here information about the Alps. Beside a detailed article about the mountain range classification of the Alps you will find here more than
2000 fotos of all over the Alps. Most of them came along with detailed texts and external links. Pictures can be found by a keyword-search of our database or by a simple click on the Google Map. We
integrated Google Maps in our project in order to display the location of the uploaded pictures. Just click them to get the local information.
This site is a project of the association 'Verein für Alpinfotografie und Erhaltung Alpiner Kulturlandschaften', founded in January 2005 in order
